Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer…

June 21st, 2007 by Ray Jackson

My job as a carer for the mentally ill can be challenging at times and even down heartening when a resident relapses or family member doesn’t understand how the residents illness affects them, even more so when they don’t except there is a problem and fight us all the way! i find that really sad for obvious reasons i can not go in to any details as i I’m bound by confidentiality and my works guidelines etc.

Anyway today was a good day as i took a number of residents to watch the new Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer… yes was as much for my enjoyment as for theirs hehe, call it perks of the job! being senior care and activities coordinator has its advantages… going for free and getting out in the nice fresh air just to name some.

    Fantastic 4

The Resident really enjoyed the film, i think cause they were all men and Jessica Alba did look fine (as always)
    Jessica Alba Jessica Alba

Director Tim Story stays true to the roots of the first Fantastic Four film from 2005, keeping the sequel fun and clean even with my wild imagination (you ladies know what i mean hehe). He has managed to develop a new story with a couple new characters that makes our favorite 4 heroes grow even more true fans of the comics may pic up parts from issue #48. as well as issues 57-60. in my opinion Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer is far better than its predecessor, and one of the better sequels i have had the pleasure of watching and that’s not just down to Jessica either although she would put class to any film if you ask me.

When the film starts things appear to be going great for the Fantastic Four, Reed (Ioan Gruffudd) and Susan (Jessica Alba) are in love and ready to be married, Johnny (Chris Evans) is still on fire with the ladies, and Ben (Michael Chiklis) has finally found happiness with Alicia Masters (Kerry Washington). However, you know that wont last long lol… their happiness will be tested when strange occurrences start happening around the globe that only point to one culprit: a mysterious being known only as The Silver Surfer (Doug Jones and Laurence Fishburne)…

     Silver Surfer

all i will say is not all is what it appears and an old friend from charmed Victor Von Doom (Julian McMahon) will be reunited with the Fantastic four once again!

    Von Doom

One of the biggest improvements that ’Rise’ has over the first film is the fact that the Fantastic work more as a team in my opinion and even Torch learns to play ball (i think it great what they have done with his character). Yes, i know in the first movie they fought together, but because they were still knew to there powers they seemed to be fighting within them self’s as well but this time, they take a different approach and take on even the smaller events together.

Anyway i don’t want to talk the film to much but Tim Story really did a good job with the atmosphere of ‘Rise’. He explores every corner of the planet, with action scenes i noticed  in Germany, New York, China, outer space, and the heroes’ kitchen lol. All the action scenes are well done and the special effects used are smooth and effective, even though it looks as though most of the increased budget was spent on The Silver Surfer and Galactus, who look amazing. They forgot to make Mr. Fantastic look as realistic as possible, because most of the time you can see the visual effects. All in all, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (PG) is a fun movie experience that anyone over age 11 or 12 should enjoy as I’m nearly 30 and thought it was great hehe (I’m a big kid).

Please join me on my new social networks

June 11th, 2007 by Ray Jackson

For the past number of weeks now, my partner’s Gav Graham and Mike King have been discussing an idea which they had to allow Social Networkers and Internet Marketers to join forces in a Community setting which they would be able to enjoy earning an income from profit sharing while doing exactly what it is that we all enjoy doing every day right now.

RFN is currently in prelaunch beta testing as we wanted to give our members the opportunity to join the Community and let us know what it is that they would like to see us add as we grow into one of the most successful Communities online today ranking right up there with Bizpreneur and Lazzeo which I personally think have the potential of being two of the most successful communities online in their own right.  I absolutely love these two communities which is why we have chosen to use a format that is very similar to what you are familiar with already if your a member there.
If not feel free to join me there:
    Bizpreneur and Lazzeo

Like BizPreneur and Lazzeo it is our goal to allow all members to share in the success and growth of our Community through allowing members to post Adsense on their profile pages, profit sharing from Community Advertising Revenues, and positions in a Community wide 2X10 Matrix which you can purchase as many positions as you want or as few for just 10 cents per month.

My partner Gav has designed a system using a similar payplan of another very popular program which gives members the option of joining our Golden Matrix Profit Sharing System for just 10 cents per month and this is a sliding Matrix meaning that the more people who fall under you and the more money you are earning the more your position will cost monthly up to a total of 15.00 per month max, but since you do not pay any more than 10 cents until you are in profit you actually never pay more out of pocket than 10 cents per month.  It is unique and promises to be extremely effective as a passive income generating system while you are busy doing what we all love to do best, Social Networking.

The beauty of this Golden Matrix though is that it is Community wide meaning that all members who join RFN will fill out the Matrix level per level with no empty spaces and no one getting left behind and of course with the Community profit sharing system which will be made available in the next week, members can literally earn an income even if there is no one under them in the Matrix.

As a member of our Community you will enjoy all of the same perks that you are used to as a member of any other Community while at the same time being able to profit from the most affordable team building Matrix System that has ever been seen online.

I am sure that you will see the potential of what myself and my partner have worked so hard to create for all Social Networkers and Internet Marketers and look forward to meeting you all at RFN.  I am going to invite all of my RFN members to come over here to Bizpreneur as well so that in essence we will be building two of the best Communities on the Internet at the same time, well actually three when you consider Lazzeo as well.

You can register to join RFN for free at RFN Network
